Tequila has a fascinating history, dating back many hundreds of years into Mexican history in the region of Jalisco. No Cinco de Mayo is complete without some type of drink that has tequila as a main ingredient. Tequila Time (a piece in the Happy Hour series) illustrates the margarita, which has become a very popular drink, primarily mixed with either lime, strawberry, or raspberry for flavor.
